Estimated Delivery Time Since every watch at watchrefine (especially our high-end Factory editions) undergoes a rigorous Quality Control (QC) and movement testing process for 3-5 days before packaging, our delivery timelines are as follows:

Key Markets (USA, UK, Europe, Australia…): 15 – 20 business days during regular seasons.
Other Regions: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance procedures.
Holiday Seasons: Please allow extra time, as delays may occur due to high shipping volumes with global carriers.

Note: While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays (customs clearance, weather, etc.) may occur. Watch Refine is not liable for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations To ensure processing speed, once an order is confirmed, our system immediately requests the warehouse to prepare and inspect the item.

Policy: Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can initiate the Return Process after the item has been successfully delivered.
