Refund and Returns Policy

Our Quality Promise At Watch Refine, every timepiece is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and the highest standards of quality. Each watch undergoes a rigorous inspection regarding precision, performance, and aesthetics before shipment. However, if your experience with us falls short of perfection, our team is committed to making it right.

When Your Watch Doesn’t Meet Expectations (Returns) If the watch has a manufacturing defect or the item received does not match the model you originally ordered, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact condition that you received it. Crucially, all protective plastic seals (on the bracelet, case, and crystal) must remain intact. We cannot accept returns if the watch has been resized, worn, scratched, or if the seals have been removed.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back securely.

Manufacturing Quality & Warranty Issues In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue:

Exchange Policy: All watches are covered by a 30-day replacement policy for any confirmed factory defect upon arrival.
Note: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage (drops, impacts), or unauthorized modifications.

Delivery Delays and Missing Orders We partner with trusted global carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@watchrefine.com with your order number. Our team will assist in tracking your shipment or issuing a replacement where appropriate.
Refund Processing Timeline Once your returned item is received and inspected (to ensure it is unworn and undamaged), you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Processing time: Please allow 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
